1. Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return window for most products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return:
    • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and unassembled.
    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.
    • The item should be returned in its original packaging, if possible. If the original packaging is not available, the item should be securely packed to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Custom or personalized furniture (e.g., custom colors, dimensions, or designs).
    • Products that have been assembled or used.
    • Clearance or final sale items.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 2: Our team will confirm eligibility and send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.

  • Step 4: Ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed once the returned item has been inspected and confirmed to meet the eligibility requirements. We will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  • Shipping Costs: The cost of original shipping is non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure that your furniture arrives in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

  • Step 1: Take clear photos of the damaged or defective item, including any damage to the packaging.

  • Step 3: Our team will assist in arranging a return and replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, you may return the original item and place a new order. Please follow our standard return process for the original item, and we will issue a refund once we receive it. You will be responsible for shipping costs for the new order and the return shipping of the original item.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
