1. Warranty Coverage
VERONICACA offers a 1-year limited warranty on all furniture products, including sofas, desks, and storage cabinets, against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty covers any issues related to the structural integrity and functionality of the product under normal, intended use.
- Sofas: Covers defects in frame, cushions, upholstery, and stitching.
- Desks: Covers defects in the frame, surface, drawers, and hardware.
- Storage Cabinets: Covers defects in the frame, doors, drawers, and hardware.
2. What is Covered?
Our warranty covers the following:
- Manufacturing Defects: Any defect in materials or workmanship that occurs during the manufacturing process.
- Structural Damage: Issues with the frame, joints, and other structural components that affect the usability and safety of the product.
- Functionality Issues: Problems such as faulty drawers, hinges, or hardware that prevent the furniture from functioning properly.
3. What is Not Covered?
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal Wear and Tear: This includes, but is not limited to, minor scratches, fading, or other signs of regular use.
- Damage Caused by Improper Use: Including but not limited to misuse, abuse, neglect, or failure to follow the care instructions provided.
- Accidental Damage: Such as spills, burns, stains, or physical impact that causes damage to the furniture.
- Damage from Assembly: Incorrect assembly of furniture is not covered by the warranty.
- Commercial Use: Our warranty applies only to residential use. Commercial use of our furniture is not covered.
4. Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your item is covered by our warranty, please follow these steps:
- Step 1: Contact our customer service team at [email protected] or call us at 1-414-422-7005. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defect (if applicable).
- Step 2: Our team will assess the claim and, if the issue is deemed covered under the warranty, we will provide instructions for returning the defective item (if necessary) or arranging for a repair or replacement.
- Step 3: We may require you to return the item, or we may send a replacement part or new item depending on the nature of the defect.
5. Warranty Period
The warranty period starts on the date of delivery and lasts for one year. Any warranty claims must be submitted within this period. After one year, the warranty will be void.
6. Replacement or Repair
If your claim is approved, we will choose either to:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace the defective product, depending on the circumstances and the availability of the product.
If a replacement product is no longer available, we will provide a comparable item of equal value.
7. Shipping Costs
- If the warranty claim is approved, VERONICACA will cover the shipping costs for the replacement or repair within the United States. However, if the warranty claim is found to be outside of the warranty coverage (such as due to misuse or damage), the customer will be responsible for return shipping and any associated fees.
8. Limitations of Liability
- VERONICACA’s liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and does not include any incidental or consequential damages.
- The warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser of the product.
